2nd Level over two stall garage & breezeway

Located in Newburyport, Ma. this is a 2nd level addition over exisitng 2 stall garage and one story breezeway. This addition was for an in-law apartment with a effiecienty kitchen, full bath, laundry room, living room and one bedroom.  om left hand side of garage is an access door to stairway to 2nde level. Featuring custom boxed bay windows on front and rear. Built to look like it was always there is always one of our top priorities.

Close up view of custom boxed bay window on front of addition. The benifits to the boxed bay is the interior sill area is rectangular rather than oblong giving more usable shelf space. Secondly it less in cost than a store bought  bay unit. Third the roof system is a shed style roof that has a richer look the a bay window roof.
