Reception building for incoming boats on dock at Spectacle Island in the Boston Harbor. Formally the disposal site for the Boston area is now renovated into a picnic area as well as an information center for the island. Rangers come here to live in a Rangers tent set uopn a platform called a " Yurik " platform. Seen in below picture.

Yurik platform overlooking Boston Harbor. This 16 piece pie shaped platform can be taken apart for the winter months. It holds on top a rangers tent called a Yurik tent. They spend about two weeks a year camping out on this Island doing manuvers.
