2nd Level over left side one story addition, four third level dormers, Front arched entryway, open wrap around deck

 Located in Amesbury, Ma. This house went through many changes over a period of ten years. To summarize, 1st was the open deck on left side of house that wraps around to rear of house with built in bench seats and built in planter boxes. 2nd was third level dormers seen here as well as two on rear to make a large third level bedroom and playroom for two girls. Forth was all replacenet windows and a entry way on front of house with arched top ceiling. Fifth was a 2nd level masterbedroom exteintion seen on left of huse with cantilivered open balcony on front looking towards Merrimack River. Sixth was a sunroom on rear all post and beams with six sliders as windows. Seventh was a total 1st level renovation opening up all walls on right side to make a front to rear living room with a gas fireplace and all maple mantel surround. Last was a full basement remodel for family room and exersize room.

2nd Level on existing Ranch

Located in Merrimac, Ma this was a ranch house that we added a full 2nd level with three bedroom, full bath and laundry area. Center stairway from 1st floor to 2nd level. All new replacement windows added to 1st level. All new cedar clapboard siding added to entire house.

2md level addition

Located in Groveland, Ma. this was a 2nd level addition over an exisitng split level ranch. We added three bedrooms a full bath and stairway to 1st level.
