Located in Merrimac, Ma this was a three part project over a three year span. !st project was a dormer over the garage on right side of picture with a full shed dormer on rear of garage not seen for two bedrooms. 2nd project was a bump out dormer on the front with a round top window unoit to enhance front of house and bring light into 2nd level hallway. 3rd project was a two story addition to left side with a large roundtop window unit to tie into rest of house's exterior decor. It has a large lining room area, a formal fireplace and full bath 1st level. On the 2nd level is a large master bedroom with a full master bath.

2nd level addition & two stall garage & 2nd level addition

Located in Newburport, Ma. this project was a two story addition to the left of the front entry door on house with two bedroom above. To the right on the exisitng house we added a 2nd level with large master bedroom , masterbath and large sewing room.

2nd level over ranch

Located in Groveland, Ma. this 2nd level project was added over exisitng ranch house. To the left of this house is another 2nd level we did the year before. The picture of the 2nd level next door is on the previous page three lower right corner.
